Inside Sales Specialist
Responsibilities:
Generate lead flow - Prospect new sales leads by making an initial phone or email contact.
As the point person on the sales team, you'll engage the account and prepare them for the Account Executive.
Manage current accounts - Stay in close contact with existing accounts or leads and create brand awareness, educational opportunities, and request referrals.
Coordinate in-person meetings and calls between clients and Account Executives.
Customer support - Answer calls and emails from clients, identify the issue and make suggestions for future products or services.
Inside Sales Specialist Requirements:
Out-bound calling experience and/or lead generation Polished listening skills Mastery of computer skills - documenting outreach, email communication, scheduling, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external recipients Do you enjoy working on a team, but also value your independence?
