Weimer Bearing seeks an experienced Controller to join our team and provide financial leadership over the operational, accounting and financial processes throughout the company.
This position will oversee all aspects of accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, account reconciliation, banking/cash management, month-end and year-end financial reporting and tax compliance.

Our growing company produces and distributes high tech electro/mechanical systems to major manufacturing and maintenance companies in a variety of industries.
These products include conveyor belting solutions, mechanical power transmission, bearings, electronic motion control, material handling, and fluid power.
Responsibilities:
Manage the organization's accounting-related functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit policies and billing.
Develop and compile reports for management to analyze key metrics and trends pertaining to the company's financial performance.
Establish (in coordination with CFO) financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on daily, monthly, and annual basis.
Implement consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures across all programs, adhering to required standards.
Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives and workflows.
Active role in Company acquisition growth strategy.
Oversee and support accounting team with dynamic leadership that fosters an environment of employee growth and development.
Required Skills and
Qualifications:
Ten or more years of professional accounting experience Strong knowledge of Federal and Multi-State tax regulations and reporting Cost accounting/263a experience Proficiency with Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, SSRS and Prophet 21 Education, Training and Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Five or more years of experience as financial accounting manager or tax manager CPA preferred Weimer offers a generous compensation and benefits package, including a lucrative PROFIT SHARING program.
