has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in our Medical Tubing Division in Germantown, Wisconsin.
We are a plastics extrusion company that provides custom tubing to medical markets.
The Administrative Assistant will work closely with Production, Quality, and Operations to manage and execute business and manufacturing infrastructure systems.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and execute inventory control activities Assist with purchasing activities Perform data entry and miscellaneous reports Print and prepare shop order packets Review and maintain Device History Records Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure the seamless flow of information and communication Perform other functions, projects, or initiatives as designated If you have 1-2 years of business experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, proficiency with productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite, ERP/MRP), and the ability to handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneously, we want to talk with you!
