Quality Inspector
Overview We are seeking a meticulous Quality Inspector to join our team at our facility in Germantown, WI, 53022As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliabilityIf you have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for maintaining excellence, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specificationsPerform visual inspections, measurements, and tests using various tools and equipmentDocument inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activitiesIdentify and report any deviations or non-conformities to the appropriate personnelCollaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actionsParticipate in the development and improvement of quality control procedures and processesStay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to quality controlAssist in training and mentoring new quality control team membersQualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or education in quality control is a plusPrior experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar role is preferredStrong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skillsProficient in using measurement tools and equipmentKnowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and standardsAbility to interpret technical drawings and specificationsGood communication skills and ability to work well in a team environmentAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlinesBasic computer skills and familiarity with quality control softwareSalary info:
