Responsible for internal training and tactical support to other departments.
Develop and maintain metric controls to ensure that financial corporate goals are being met.
Define a business model to streamline estimating and customer care functions to meetcustomer needs.
What key skills and experience do I need? Experience in Sales or Account Management required.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to develop a rapport with leadership and team members.
Strong communication/presentation skills, verbal and written.
Create and maintain project documentation.
Must be able to lift up to 40lbs at a time.
What qualifications should I have? Degree in Business Management, Sales, or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 5 years in Sales, Account Management, or related experience.
Experience in manufacturing.
