Execute and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and company goals.
Qualifies new customers and monitors the acquisition of new business.
Creates quarterly strategy and plans based on industry targets.
Controls metrics and reports win/loss dollars.
Effectively communicate the organization's value proposition and brand consistency.
Communicating and providing reports at an executive level.
Responsible for internal training and tactical support to other departments.
Develop and maintain metric controls to ensure that financial corporate goals are being met.
Define a business model to streamline estimating and customer care functions to meetcustomer needs.
What key skills and experience do I need? Experience in Sales or Account Management required.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to develop a rapport with leadership and team members.
Strong communication/presentation skills, verbal and written.
Create and maintain project documentation.
Must be able to lift up to 40lbs at a time.
What qualifications should I have? Degree in Business Management, Sales, or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 5 years in Sales, Account Management, or related experience.
Experience in manufacturing.
