Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Germantown, WI is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team.
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a critical role in repairing and maintaining various machinery and mechanical/electronic equipment, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Analyze and resolve mechanical issues Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems Manage inventory of maintenance supplies Complete scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) tasks Assist with machinery and equipment installation What's Needed? Two years of vocational or high school education Four years of experience in varied maintenance operations Knowledge of machining technology and mechanical principles Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics Proficiency in AC/DC knowledge What's in it for me?
