Purchasing Agent jnfKey responsibilities include:
Monitoring and ensuring proper inventory levels for our manufacturing plantReviewing new orders for inventory availabilityIssuing PO's the meet customer requirements and/or internal inventory levelsTrack purchase order status with vendorsFacilitate communication regarding PO's between internal and external delivery partners.
Create Inventory reports.
Issue Work Orders for production and receive completed WO's upon completion.
Requirements:
Strong logical and organization skills.
Proven success in a detail orientated position.
Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
Strong, energetic interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with rapidly changing priorities.
