Summary:
Responsible for the coordination between manager, customer and other key individuals within the organization on federal government support related activities. This position will provide response to general customer inquiries on federal government accounts to include but not limited to; account receivable issues, billing, tagging, part numbers, and pricing. Additional areas of support include; providing small business accounts with quotes, reaching out to Regional representatives for pricing, maintaining pricing spreadsheets, and assisting with the government rollout process, as well as work in federal government reporting sites.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assist with general customer inquiry on federal government accounts, serving as a point person for resolution and communication to all involved including the customer.
Organize methods to track upcoming deadlines, priority actions, and provide status updates to appropriate individuals, and identify any expected delays or risks with regards to direct federal government accounts.
Coordination of the delivery order process to include; completion of the preliminary DD250 paperwork, tracking sheets for DLA bulk deliveries, coordination with AMG/ALTO and DLA as required for the delivery order process for Federal Contracts, to include monitoring delivery order requests.
Serve as a centralized contact for pricing questions posed by Small Business accounts to include; maintaining the pricing files for the BPOs, adding product pricing to excel sheet and SAP pricing related to our small business accounts.
Manage the SharePoint sites for the Federal Government Accounts by posting Modifications, addendums and other related contract support information to these sites.
Assist with the rollout process for federal government accounts and maintain the updates for POCs in the pricing files
Provide administrative support as necessary, including drafting correspondence, online research, and file organization to the National Federal Government support team and other key individuals involved in the process.
Responsible for aiding in own self-development by being available and receptive to all training made available by the company.

EDUCATION AND/OR
Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Strong research skills including gathering and analyzing information from multiple sources (subject matter experts) to develop documentation.
Self-motivated individual with strong background in Customer service
Good interpersonal and organizational skills
Federal Government background knowledge preferred but not required
1-2 years' experience with contract management preferred but not required
Competent and demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office, which includes PowerPoint, Excel (intermediate to advanced), Word, and Outlook (especially in the areas of email communication)
Working knowledge of office day-to-day tasks
Packaged Gas, and/or working knowledge of SAP a plus!

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
